Thank you for choosing “Dark Horse” to purchase your favorite products. We are pleased to serve you. Sometimes you may change your mind about the products you purchased—no problem.

At “Dark Horse,” we will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

We have made the return/exchange process easier for you through the following procedures:

1) Timeframe and Return/Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges must be completed within 3 days from the date of receipt.

2) Conditions for Applying the Return/Exchange Policy

  • This policy applies provided the product is in sealed packaging and in its original condition as purchased.

  • For returns, all gifts received with the product at the time of purchase must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect may be exchanged for the same item.

  • If an incorrect product was sent by mistake, “Dark Horse” bears the costs of the return and exchange process.

  • If the customer wants to return or exchange a product without any of the reasons mentioned above, the customer bears all shipping costs.

  • If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned, all shipping expenses will be charged to the customer.

3) Return and Exchange Procedures and Locations

  • The customer can return or exchange purchases by contacting us and requesting a return shipping label.

  • The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting exchange/return procedures.

  • This is done through shipping companies approved by “Dark Horse.”

4) Refund Methods

  • The customer will be compensated via a discount code for the same amount.

5) Exceptions Not Covered by the Return/Exchange Policy

  • Damage resulting from misuse.

  • The returned product does not match the delivered product in appearance or contents.

6) Order Cancellation

  • This is done by contacting us via WhatsApp.

  • Shipping fees will be deducted from the order value because they are withheld by the shipping company when the order is completed.

7) Other Terms and Conditions

  • The customer is entitled to receive purchased products within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of purchase.
