This policy applies provided the product is in sealed packaging and in its original condition as purchased.

For returns, all gifts received with the product at the time of purchase must be returned in their original packaging.

Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect may be exchanged for the same item.

If an incorrect product was sent by mistake, “Dark Horse” bears the costs of the return and exchange process.

If the customer wants to return or exchange a product without any of the reasons mentioned above, the customer bears all shipping costs.

If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned, all shipping expenses will be charged to the customer.
