Regarding shipping, we have worked diligently to secure the best terms, fastest shipping methods, and most competitive prices.

- Your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (depending on the city).

- Any delay in delivery due to the shipping company is not the responsibility of DARK HORSE.

- If the order is returned by the shipping company due to the customer's failure to respond, repeated delays, or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

- If we receive a different item than what you ordered, we will cover all shipping costs if we are notified within three days of receiving the order.

- In the event of any errors in the recipient information provided, or if any incorrect information is provided by the customer, we are not responsible for any loss of the shipment or its delivery to the wrong person.

- The shipping companies we work with serve all regions and governorates of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Shipping Rates:

SMSA (to your door) - a fixed rate of SAR 34.50 to all cities in the Kingdom

Aramex (to your door) - a fixed rate of SAR 28.75 to all cities in the Kingdom

Redbox (to the nearest smart locker specified by the customer) - a fixed rate of SAR 16.10 to all cities in the Kingdom

Deliveries are made during the shipping companies' working hours.

Please note that DARK HORSE's official working days are from Saturday to Thursday.

Order Status Update:

The order status is updated every 24 hours on the shipping company's website.
